STAGE CRAZY TERMS AND CONDITIONSRegistrationRegistration takes place at 12:00 at the Stage Crazy reception area, which is located in the centre of the Huddleston
Building. All children must register here to comply with fire regulations. SupervisionStudents in years 1-6 must be collected from reception by an
adult at 15.00. Students in years 7-12 will be dismissed at 15:00 to leave unaccompanied unless Stage
Crazy is otherwise instructed in writing by their parent. Please note that a charge may be incurred if
a student is not collected on time. Students who wish to leave before 15.00 must notify the Stage Crazy
Reception on arrival and ensure they inform reception when leaving. Break TimesStudents
will receive two short breaks. Parents should provide adequate food and drinks for consumption during
break time. Standards of BehaviourIf a student’s behaviour is unacceptable at any time,
then they may be refused access to any future Stage Crazy classes. If such an event occurs then the parent will remain liable
for the payment of the fees until the required notification of 5 weeks expires. Dress CodePupils
must wear Stage Crazy uniform while at Stage Crazy on a Saturday and also for any workshops or trips that might take place.
The Uniform comprises of a Stage Crazy T-Shirt, Sweatshirt or zipped sweatshirt (these can be ordered via the Stage
Crazy reception desk on Saturday) together with students own black Jazz Pants, Joggers or other loose black trousers.
In the interest of the students Health and Safety, parents should ensure that appropriate footwear is provided.
Inappropriate clothing or footwear e.g. flip-flops, bare feet, mini skirts, etc may lead to students being excluded
from a class for safety reasons. Notification of
changes to timetable Stage Crazy has the right to change the timetable for classes provided that at least 1 week’s notice in writing
is given. Fees The fee for each term is payable in advance. Students
may be refused access to the classes if the applicable fees have not been paid in advance. Any late
fees will attract an administration fee. Cancellation / LeavingAdvance notice of a minimum of half a term must be given in writing to
Stage Crazy if a student wishes to leave. Students may attend classes during their notice period. Personal DetailsParents must notify Stage Crazy of any changes
to the students details i.e. address, emergency contact numbers and medical requirements/conditions. Medical Parents must notify Stage Crazy in writing of any temporary
or permanent physical, mental or medical condition affecting their child. PromotionStage Crazy may use photographs from productions, shows or classes in its promotional material.
If you do not wish for us to use your child, you must inform us in writing when your child first joins. ShowsWe reserve the right to exclude students from performances if
they do not have adequate attendance.
STAGE CRAZY PRIVATE LESSONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RegistrationStudents must arrive at least 5 minutes
before the start of their lesson and sign in at the Stage Crazy reception area, which is located in the centre of the Huddleston
Building. All children must register here to comply with fire regulations. SupervisionStage Crazy cannot provide any supervision
for students outside of their lesson time TuitionStudents are taught on a one to one basis
by our LAMDA instructors. On occasion, we may allocate a different LAMDA instructor to your child’s
lesson, in order to enhance your child’s learning experience, or to cover sickness by a staff member. Fees
